In the eleventh hour of the project
I finally managed to convince the skaters
– after kneeding them a lot –
to let me film them while building,
so;
here’s a quick edit of the video material i got
The tools used are mostly either homemade or imported (from the US).
A regular hardware store in Sweden normally does not stock the proper tools for the job, since "nobody" works concrete by hand like this these days.
Except for skatepark builders - DIY or not -of course!
The knowledge needed is easily accesible through the skating community, on the web* - and also acquired through regular trial and error, naturally.
